It is located in the village of Ghazipur 12 kilometres away from Calcutta, in a two-story building with all the necessary infrastructures to keep and care for patients both indoor or outdoors. It has Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy and Special Education rooms, a residence for the nurse In-Charge, special toilets for handicapped, stores for linen, clothes, medicines and food, kitchen, dinning, staff dressing room and toilets, laundry, office, security etc.

Operations, blood tests, x-rays and other investigations are done in different specialised clinics in the city with which the Foundation has arranged permanent contracts. The Health Centre has vehicles and drivers for the daily transport of patients and a team of field workers and assistants who are co-ordinated and accompany them to appointments for check ups, admissions etc.
